Tired of nothing working for your pain and fatigue?

Regain control of your life.

I help people living with chronic illness reclaim their enjoyment, mobility and independence using specialist, evidence based pain physiotherapy.

I’ve been where you are.

In 2012, I was run over by a lorry. During my recovery, I was told I would need disability benefits for the rest of my life. That my disability and decline were inevitable.

I spent years on the sofa, a shell of my old self. I experienced the pain, fatigue, low mood, impact on relationships and financial worries.

It was a bleak future, but over time and with the right support, I found a way to keep going. I focused on regular movement, socialising and creating the right conditions for my recovery.

I learned first-hand that while you cannot always control the pain, you can change how much room it takes up. By building a bigger life and getting back to the things I care about, I diluted the significance of my pain. Today, I use my personal experience and my professional training to help you do the exact same thing.

How I work

I don’t do standard physio. There are no massage tables, no needles and no generic workout plans. My work is entirely conversational, done over video calls from the comfort of your own home.

Together we look at the habits, thoughts and lifestyle factors which keep you feeling stuck.

I use 6 simple pillars to help you grow your life:

Hope, self compassion, flexible expectations, new skills, habit building and behaviour change.

As your life gets bigger the focus and power that pain has over you naturally shrinks.
